I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering both therapy and coaching through the Inner Architecture framework. While the foundation of my work remains the same, the focus and structure differ depending on whether we are working in a therapeutic or coaching context. Working with Therapy Clients

As a licensed therapist, I provide clinical services for individuals and couples seeking healing, deeper emotional understanding, and relational repair. Therapy is a space for slowing down, processing, and transforming the emotional patterns that shape your inner life and relationships.

I support clients in building emotional safety, healing past trauma, regulating the nervous system, increasing awareness of internal parts, softening protective defenses, and strengthening a more secure, integrated sense of self.

My work integrates evidence-based, experiential approaches including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), mindfulness practices, and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT).

Working with Coaching Clients

Coaching is a forward-focused, non-clinical space for clients who are emotionally stable and ready to deepen clarity, alignment, and intentional action.

Coaching may include mindset work around money, relationships, body image, striving, identity, leadership, and personal capacity. It can also support habit development, goal-setting, motivation, decision-making, and cultivating a more expansive and intentional relationship with success and abundance.

The focus is on strengthening inner systems that support sustainable growth, aligned leadership, and meaningful personal or professional expansion.

I bring a calm, attuned presence to my work and prioritize depth, integrity, and sustainable change. Clients often describe our work together as grounding, clarifying, and deeply supportive.
